We also accept through PayPal (Visa, MasterCard). Plants are shipped only on Monday and Tuesday (after receipt of payment) via USPS Priority Mail (2day +/-) with delivery confirmation. Remember, Priority Mail is not “guaranteed” to arrive at a specific time, and insuring the package will get the postage amount back but the plants themselves cannot be insured. We do not ship to Hawaii [SORRY]. We do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipping Orchids With Care
If you would like alternative shipping methods, please ask for a rate quote. Pack/Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the plants and dimensions of box. During bitterly cold weather, winter shipments may be held until temperatures allow safe shipping.We
pack each plant very carefully, however, we cannot guarantee the
buds/flowers due to conditions beyond our control after a package
leaves our greenhouse. We properly stake the plant and protect both leaves and flower spikes should the plant we send you be in spike.
We carefully wrap the plant in newspaper and if the weather is either too cold or hot we insulate your plant with styrofoam peanuts that also help with added cushioning.
For those of you who live in areas that will receive temperatures below 47 degrees, we strongly recommend a 72 hour heat pack for an additional $3.00.
